Ha compiuto 21 anni una delle bevande più di successo di Starbucks: il Pumpkin spine latte, un mix di caffè espresso e latte arricchito da un elucubratissimo equilibrio di aromi e spezie autunnali capace di ricordare la torta di zucca. Una coccola autunnale perfetta per questo periodo che abbiamo pensato di riproporvi con l’ultimissimo prodotto di casa Iris, il nostro latte fresco intero.
Armatevi, quindi, di una bottiglia di vetro da un litro de “IL NOSTRO…per voi”, il nostro latte fresco intero pastorizzato di Bruna e Bardigiana...
Ingredienti
600 ml di latte fresco intero pastorizzato Iris “IL NOSTRO…per voi”
250 g di zucchero di canna (integrale) *potete utilizzarne meno se non amate i gusti troppo dolci
100 g di zucca (cotta a vapore)
150 ml di acqua
4 tazze da caffè di caffè espresso
q.b. cannella in polvere
q.b. chiodi di garofano macinati
q.b. noce moscata
q.b. zenzero in polvere
q.b. pepe
Procedimento
Si realizza, innanzitutto, uno sciroppo alla zucca: unire in un pentolino lo zucchero con l’acqua, mescolare e portate a ebollizione a fiamma bassa finché lo zucchero si scioglierà.A questo punto, aggiungere tutte le spezie e la polpa di zucca frullata, mescolare e continuare a cuocere sempre a fiamma bassa per altri 5 minuti.
Spegnere il fuoco e lasciare raffreddare completamente.
Riscaldare il latte e versare in ogni tazza due cucchiai dello sciroppo di zucca preparato e una tazzina di caffè.Versare anche il latte caldo e mescolare bene il tutto.Montare la panna e decorare ogni tazza di Pumpkin spice latte con un ciuffo di panna montata e cannella in polvere.
