Le ricette di Iris: Caciotta Rivaltella biologica croccante al forno

Una ricetta semplice e veloce ma molto golosa: la nostra Caciotta Rivaltella, avvolta da una panatura croccante è perfetta come aperitivo ma anche come antipasto o secondo piatto!




Ingredienti per 4 persone


  • Caciotta Rivaltella Iris biologica (classica o al tartufo)

  • 1 uovo

  • Pangrattato q.b.

  • Farina q.b.


Procedimento


1. Tagliate la caciotta a fette spesse circa 1 centimetro.


2. Sbattete l’uovo con una forchetta e versatelo in un piatto fondo. Preparate altri due piatti contenenti rispettivamente la farina e il pangrattato.


3. Accendete il forno a 180°C per riscaldarlo.


4. Infarinate le fette di formaggio e passatele una ad una nell’uovo e infine nel pangrattato, facendo attenzione che quest’ultimo aderisca in modo uniforme alla superficie del formaggio.


5. Disponete le fette di formaggio impanate su una teglia foderata di carta da forno e cuocete a 180°C per circa 25 minuti, cioè fino a quando le fette non avranno assunto un bel colore dorato.
