Ingredienti
1 Cacio Il Torchio biologico Iris
Spalla cotta di San Secondo tagliata a fette sottili
Procedimento
Tagliare il Cacio il Torchio a fettine sottili di 1 cm di spessore circa, avvolgere intorno a ciascuna fettina di Cacio una fetta di spalla cotta e scaldarle in padella senza l’aggiunta di olio.
Non appena il Cacio sarà leggermente sciolto il vostro piatto è pronto!
